Our current Featured Community is: THE EVERGREEN CLUB.  According to their website  “The Evergreen Club" is truly Palm City’s “Hidden Jewel.”  The community consists of 299 unique custom homes all located on beautiful one acre home sites. These sites include lake and golf course views, the C-23 canal, and private wooded lots.”  

 

Now, let me tell you why I like Evergreen.  First and foremost it just has that “je ne sais quoi”.  Maybe it’s the huge acre plus home sites with the manicured lawns, maybe it’s the beautiful golf course views, or the palms lining the roadway, but it really is lovely.  Secondly it is a reasonably priced HOA.  Fees run (currently for 2014) $415 per quarter.  Which compared to many other communities in Palm City is reasonable, especially when you consider that they have a manned gate.  The country club is not included in your fees (which keeps the fees low) but is reasonable if you want to join as well- check out the specials they run from time to time.  But probably the reason I love Evergreen the most is the friendly, diverse community.  There are young families, singles, empty nesters and retirees.  Everyone is friendly and welcoming too.  Next time you are searching for a home, check out The Evergreen Club, it really is a great place to call home.
